One more week...Man, skipping English class today sure felt good. School robs me of both time and intellectual insight. I couldn't wait for the end of next week. I needed a break, so I took it. First time in my life I've ever cut class, and I loved it!
Thanks to the daily grind of English & Calc, there is nothing new to report on the home front. It's the usual limbo mix: Farking, old video games, screwing around with my mother's electronic piano, and watching new episodes of Last Exile on (ugh) G4TechTV. I shouldn't be complaining, but leading the San Fran 49ers to blowout after blowout against the CPU gets old after the 200th time. I really need something to break the monotony of it.
Oh, wait...I do!
First off, I believe the family carolling group is getting together on the 18th. Around this time of year, my family gathers our more musical members together, myself included, and we go around the Port Huron area, visiting community centers and the homes of family friends in an effort to brighten their holidays for an evening.
It should prove to be a great way to start off my vacation between semesters. So if anyone in the PH area is out and about next Saturday, keep your eyes peeled for a caroler dressed in a black suede Earnhardt jacket.
Secondly, I've almost finalized my plans for purchasing a new PC. I've needed a new one for ages, and now seems like the best time to get my hands on one. My grandmother wants me to apply for a loan to get it, so that I can build up some credit. It sounds like a killer plan to me, but Mom has no clue as to what this entails, so until they get together to talk about it, I get no joy.
If all else fails, there's always December 25th to look forward to.
We are leaving this notice to All Members of Joe Cool's Gang. We had a lot of fun when we found the Snoopy quiz and had our journal friend's take it. We decided to make our friends list into the peanut gang. Our friends told their friends and the gang grew and grew. We really enjoyed it and I think we all made some new and special friends because of it. The gang has more than served it's purpose for that reason. That said, we think it's time to "retire" the gang. So we would like anyone who is displaying a gang button to please remove it. Also we are going to go back to a regular friend's list just like everyone else. We would love to put all the gang members on our list, but we thought it would be best to ask each one of you if you would like to be on it first. Please leave us a tag or comment and let us know if we can put you on our ordinary Robin's Journal friends list. We know our journal doesn't appeal to everyone, and
